Your complaint is not only not believable but let's look at what you wrote

You are an *** if you read the complaint on Notary Rotary that seems to also be here it says that Maureen Healey did not write a good check. She hired a notary and then wrote them a bad check. How is she a good person?
Why do you want a full refund if the check was bad as you allege. Your story quite simply does not check out.
